Service
By subscribing to StratixAlgo you agree to our trading-tools usage policy. Indicators are licensed for personal, non-redistributable use on the TradingView account associated with your subscription.
Payments
Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. Refunds are not provided after access has been granted on TradingView. Orders that fail verification (e.g. mismatched username, insufficient on-chain confirmation) are not charged.
Privacy
We collect only the email address and TradingView username required to provision access, plus payment metadata (transaction hash, amount, currency). We never share data with third parties beyond our payment processor.
TradingView username changes
You can update your TradingView username up to once per week, and up to five times per year. For changes beyond these limits, contact support. Each change triggers a re-grant of any active indicators on the new account; the old account is revoked.
Risk disclosure
Trading carries substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. Indicators are decision-support tools, not signals — past performance does not indicate future results. StratixAlgo is not a registered investment advisor.
